2001 Honda CR

Don’t miss out on this bike!  Unfortunately, life gets in the way, and the day has come to sell my 2001 CR250R.  Engine is tight, I’m not brave enough to ride it like Carmichael could.  Bike has been very well taken care of, and it has loads of new parts.  No expense was ever spared in maintenance.  The bike has a new FMF Gnarly pipe with no dings or dents, and a matching Turbinecore 2 silencer.  Renthal high bend bars and ProTaper soft grips, sitting on high rise bar clamps.
It has a Lectron carburetor and brand new Michelin Starcross 5 tires front and rear.  The chain and rear sprocket were upgraded with a Renthal Aluminum sprocket and a gold RK Chain. The radiator shrouds and graphics were replaced with replica graphics from Throttle Jockey and all of the stock white plastic accessories have been swapped with genuine Honda parts whenever possible.  I have a good friend that owns a Honda Dealership, so parts were not a problem.
With the bike comes an additional set of shrouds and a seat upholstered with a custom cover to make the bike look as stock as possible.  The reasoning behind this is to have two separate sets of shrouds; one set to present the bike nicely and another shroud set to ride.  Frame and subframe polished to a mirror finish.  Countless hours have been spent maintaining and cleaning this bike to the show quality it deserves.  This bike stops on a dime and leaves even faster, so don’t miss your opportunity to ride away with it!
Please no lowballs, if you are looking for a cheap bike, then buy a cheap bike.  This is truly a one of a kind machine, and lots of work has been put into making this 250 the showpiece it is today.
